You can tell a lot about a person by knowing what is important to them: what they treasure. Personally, I treasure my family. My wife, Jo Ann, & I have been given the gift of 3 daughters, 6 grandchildren, & 9 great-grandchildren. Professionally, my treasures are the relationships I have built with my clients, colleagues & those in affiliated professions. In the Circle of Excellence award, the RALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati recognizes the top 5%-15% of it's members each year. I have been in that group 38 times. Only a handful of active agents have achieved that more often. Based on my high production over a long period of time, the high degree of ethics & professionalism with which I conduct my business, & my efforts in giving back to my profession & community, I was selected as the 2009 REALTOR of the Year/Sales for the RAGC. I was also honored recently as REALTOR Emeritus by the National Association of REALTORS based on 40 years of service to my clients & the Association. I have achieved the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation (Only 3% of the REALTORS in the nation have done so.), & served as Director of the RAGC from 2005 through 2007.
